I have read your book with great interest and I am sure, it is the first of its kind in Bengali and reflects great credit on the author. It contains information on the composition of soils, foods, fodders, manures and other subjects of interest to agriculturists, nicely arranged which cannot but prove valuable help to the educated farmer or gardener. A'asayana Pariehaya by Babu Nibaran Chandra Chaudhury, of the Agricultural Department and a passed Student of the Sibpur Agricultural Classes, is a treatise on General and Agricultural Chemistry in Bengali. It is very creditable to the author to bring out such a book as the demand for scientific literature in Bengali is only beginning to be perceived.
