And it is hereby enacted..that the full amount of purchase-money shall be made good by в ) ১৬ ধারা। এবং ইয়াতে হুকুম হুইল যে এরীদার যেদিহলে জমীদারী খরীদ করে সেই দিবসের পর ত্ৰিs. the purchaser before onset of the thirtieth day from that on which the sale of the Estate bought by him took place, rockoning that day as one of the thirty ; or if the thirtieth day be a Sunday or other close holiday, then on the first office day after the thirtieth : and in default of payment within the prescribed period as aforesuld, then and afterwards as often as such default shall occur, the deposit shall be foi feited to Gpvernment, the Estate shull he resold, and the defaulting purchaser shall solfeit all claim to the Estate or to any part of the sum for which it may subsequently be sold ; and iu the event of the proceeds of the sale which may be eventually consummated heing less than the plice bid by the defaulting bidder aforesaid, the diffe1ence shall he leviable from him by any process authorized for 1.ealizing an airear of public Revenue, and it shull be so levisiond credited to the defaulting Poprietor of thotate sold, and it default of payment of purchase-money shall have occurled more than once, the defaulting bidders shall be held jointly and severally responsible för such difference to the extent of the amount of their respective blus. Provided always, that rvery such re-sale shall be inade after notification and in the forms prescribed by Section WI. of this Act; and that such notific.1tion shall not be issued until the expilatiun of three clear days after the day on which the default shall bave occurred. Provided, also, that payment or tender of payment by or on behalf of the Proprietor of the airear for which the Estate was first sold, and of the arrear which may have subsequently become due, if such payment or tender of payment be made before sunset of the day pieceding the day of the notification of re-sale, and after the defaulting purchaser shall have made the deposit required by Stution XV. of this Act, shall bar such re-sale. XVII.
