NOTIFI( 'ATION No 1118Med—The 5th March 1894 –It is hereby notified for general information that the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to sanction the following alterations in the rules for the examination of and grant of cortificates to compounders which were published with Government notification, dated the 23rd July 1887, at page 188, Part IB of the Calcutta (Jasette of the 27th idem— 1 At the end of rule 1 add the words “and at the head quarters of the district of Darjeeling for the students of the compounder's class attached to the Church of Scotland Mıssıon, KalıInpong” 2. At the end of rule 2 add the words “at Darjeeling the date shall be fixed by the Civil Surgeon " 3 At the end of rule 2 add the following clause — “At Darjeeling the Committee shall consist of the Civil Surgeon as President and the Resident Medical Officer of the Eden Sanitarium and the Civil Hospital Assistant attached to the charitable dispensary as members ” 4 After the words “Superintendent of the Medical School” in rule 4 add the words “ or at Darjeeling to the Civil Surgeon ’’ 5 At the end of rule 5 (a) add the words “or at Kalimpong’” 6 After the words “the certific ite must be signed by the Superintendent of the medical school” at the conclusion of rule 5 insert “the medical missionary in charge of the class at Kalimpong’” 7 In line 2 of rule 6 after the words “medical schools” add “and in the office of the Civil Surgeon, Darjeeling J A Boundillon, Offy. Secy to the Govt of Bengal.

বঙ্গদেশেব শ্ৰীযুত লেপ্টেনেন্ট গবর্ণর সাহেবের আদেশ । মুনিসিপল ও স্থানীয। SSMSSSMSSSLSSS LSSSTzSGMMHHSHS SSSSS عم-اس-eعیت-جمه - نیمه شفیعیع বিজ্ঞাপন । চিকিৎসা সম্পৰ্কীয় ১১১৮ নং –১৮৯৪ সাল ৫ মাচ্চ —সাধারণের অবগত্যর্থে এতদার এই সংবাদ দেওয়া যাইতেছে যে, শ্ৰীযুত লেপ্টেনেন্ট গবর্ণর সাহেব কম্পেওরদিগের পরীক্ষাকরণ ও তাহাদিগকে সার্টিফিকেট দেওনার্থ যে বিধি ১৮৮৭ সালের ২৩ জুলাই তারিখের গবর্ণমেন্ট বিজ্ঞাপনের সঙ্গে প্রকাশিত হইয়া ঐ সালের আগষ্ট মাসের ২ তারিখের বাঙ্গল গবৰ্ণমেণ্ট গেজেটে প্রকাশ কর। গিখাছে তাহাতে নিম্নলিখিত পরিবর্তন অমুমোদন করিলেন। ১। বিধির ১ ধারায় “ কটকস্থ উডিষ্যা মেডিকাল স্কুলে" এই শব্দের পর “ এবং কালিম্পঙ্গস্থ চর্চ অফ স্কটলাণ্ডে সংযুক্ত কম্পেণ্ডির শ্রেণীর ছাত্রদিগের নিমিত্ত দার্জিলিঙ্গ জিলার সদরস্থানে’ যোগ করিতে হইবে। ২ । বিধির ২ ধারায় শেষে ‘ দার্জিলিঙ্গে সিবিল সর্জন সাহেব পরীক্ষার দিন স্থির করিবেন।" এই২ কথাগুলি যোগ করিতে হইবে । ৩ । বিধির ২ ধারার শেষে নিম্নলিখিত প্রকরণ যোগ করিতে হইবে,-- “ দার্জিলিঙ্গে, সিবিল সর্জন সাহেব কমিটির সভাপতি এবং ইডন সানিটেরিয়মে রেসিডেন্ট চিকিৎসক ও দাতব্য ঔষধালয়ে নিযুক্ত সিবিল হাস্পাতাল আসিষ্টান্ট সাহেব মেম্বর হইবেন। ৪ । বিধির ৪ ধারায় “মেডিকাল স্কুলের সুপরিন্টেণ্ডেন্টের” এইং শব্দের পর “অথবা দার্জিলিঙ্গে সিবিল সর্জনের ” এই শব্দগুলি যোগ করিতে হইবে । ৫ । বিধির ৫ ধারার (ক) প্রকরণে "মেডিকাল স্কুলের” এইং শব্দের পর “ অথবা কালিম্পঙ্গে’ শবদ যোগ করিতে হইবে । ৬ । ৫ ধারার শেষে " এই সর্টিফিকেট স্থলবিশেষে মেডিকাল স্কুলের সুপরিন্টেঙেন্টের” এইং BBB BB SBBBB BBB BBBB BBBB BBBB BBBBDS DBBBB BB BBB হইবে , ৭। ৬ বারার ১ পংক্তিতে “ মেডিকাল স্কুলে" শব্দের পর " এবং দার্জিলিঙ্গের সিবিল সর্জনের আফিসে ' শব্দগুলি যোগ করিতে হইবে । (哑,°, বুডিলং, বঙ্গদেশের গবর্নমেন্টের এক্টিং সেক্রেটরী ।
