No 2108A – The 20th March 1894 —Babu Sri Nath Pal, Munslf of Contal in the district of Midnapore, is appointed to act as Subordluate Judge of Pabna and Bogra, during the absence, on leave, of Babu Krishna Chandra Das, or until further olders Babu Sri Nath Pal is vested temporarily with the powers of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits oognizable by such a Court up to the value of Rs 500 within the local lumits of the Sadar Munsafi of Pabna No 2112A —The 20th March 1894 —Babu Satkari Haldar, Munslf of Contal in the district of Midnapore, is vested temporarily with the powers of a Judge of a Court of Sinall Causes for the trial of suits cogmzable by such a Court up to the value of Rs 50 within the local limits of the Contal Munsifi, during the absence, on deputation, of Babu Srinath Pal, or until further orders No 1744J –The 20th March 1894 —Babu Bepin Behary Ghose, Munslf of Thakurgaon in the district of Dinajpur, it vested with the powers of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes for the trial of suits cognizable by such a Court up to the value of Rs 50, within the local limits of the Thakurgaon Munsifi H J S Corton, Chief Secy to the Govt of Bengal NOTIFICATION.—No 1716.J The 20th March 1894 —Under section 8, Act I (B 0) of 1876 (an Act to provide for the voluntary registration of Muhammadan maruages and divorces), the Lieute. nant Governor has been pleased to grant a license to Maulvi Muhammad Abdul Majid, authorizing him to register Muhammadan marriages and divorces, and to exercise the other fuuctions of a Muhammadan Registrar withiu thanas Gopalganj and Kotalipara in the district of Faridpur H J S Colton, Chief Secy to the Govt of Bengal NOTIFICATION.—No 1717 J The 20th March 1894 —Under section 2, Act XII of 1880 (an Act for the appointment of persons to the office of Kazi), the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to grant a samad (lıcense) to Maulvı Muhammad Abdul Mayıd, appoıntıng hım Kazı of thanas Gopalganj and Kotal para in the district of Faridpur, for the celebration of marriages and the performance of other rites and ceremonies when application is made to him to perform а-ну auch funotions Н J 8 ( оттом, Chief Secy to the Govt of Bengal NOTIFICATION - No 1719.J The 20th March 1894 –It is hereby notified for general information that the L utenant-Governor, inepursuance of the power conferred by secuon 84 of Act V of 1861 (an Act for the Regulation of Police), has extended the said section to the Municipality of Old Malda in the district of Malda H J S Corton, Chief Secy, to the Govt of Bengal
