H J S Cotron, Chief Seoy, to the Govt of Bengal NOTIFICATION.—No 159T R The 10th June 1894 —Under the powers conferred upon him by section 101 (2) (d) of the Bengal Tenancy Act VIII of 1885, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to order that a survey shall be made and a record of rights prepared in respect of all lands included within the external boundaries of chur Alatah, taugh No 565, pargana Islampur, in the district of Murshidabad The particulars to be recorded in the survey and record of rights shall be the following:— 1. The name of each proprietor with the character and extent of his interest. 2 The situation, quantity, and boundaries of proprietor's private lands as defined in Chapter XI of the Act 3 'The name of each tenant 4 The class to which he belongs, that is to sav, whether he is a tenure-holder, raiyat holding at fixed rates, occupancy rayat, non-occupancy rajat, or under-raiyat, and if he is a tenure-holder, whether he is a permanent tenure-holder or not, and whether his rent is liable to enhancement during the coutinuance of his tenure 5 The situation, quantity and boundaries of the land held by him 6 The name of his landlord. 7 The rent payable 8.
