CALCUTTA, TUESI)AY, APRIL 19, 1842. কলিকাত মঙ্গলবার ১৮৪২ সাল ১৯ আপ্রিল ৷ CIRCULAR ORI) ERS OF THE SUD DER DEWANNY ADAWLU I No 738 冒 To the Civil Judges on the Lower Provinces 1 The Court, having had before them the returns to the Circular Order of the 28th August 1840, 1egarding the rates of Tull abanna p iyable in each Moonsiffship, and observing that there is great diversity in the rate of remuneration to Peons serving processes, are pleased to direct, that, in fu ture, payment shall be made in all Districts within their Jurisdiction, at one anna and half per diem, which is now pud in the Majority of the Districts both of Bengal and Behar 2 The Peons are to be paid, besides the number of days required for going to and returning from the place where process is to be served, for two days in addition for service of every subpoena, process of arrest, and process of attachment, and one day ın addıtıon for servıce ofevery other duscription of process 3 The Judges will cause to be framed, with due cure, (revising it themselves before adoption,) a table in the Wernacular for suspension in each Moonsiff's Cutcherry, showing the computed distance of each Village within the Jurisdiction from the Court Station, and the number of days allowed tor the service of the process, calculated at the rate of 5 Kos or 10 Miles per diem, going and returning Tlus Table being exposed under the signature and Seal of the Judge, in each Moonsiff's Court, for general information, no mistake can thereafter occur nor extra demand be unade [Government Gazette, iso 4pro, 1842.] T 1: সদন দেওযানী আদালতের সবকুলের অর্ডন। ৭৩৮ নম্বষ । বাঙ্গলাপ্রস্থতি দেশের যুক্ত দেওয়ানী জঙ্গ স৷ হেব বৰাববেনু । প্রত্যেক মুনসেফেৰ এলাকার মধ্যে তলবানাব হা বেব বিষয়ি ১৮৪০ সালেব ২৮ আগষ্ট তারিখের সব কুTলব অর্ডলেব বিটণ সদব দেওয়ানী আদালত প্রাপ্ত হওয়াতে অবগত হইয়াছেন যে হুকুম জবিীকৰণের পে য়াদাবদেৰ তলবTনাব হাবেব অনেক বৈলক্ষণ্য আছে অতএব তাহাবা হুকুম কবিতেছেন যে বাঙ্গালা ও বেহা ধেব অধিকাংশ জিলাব মধ্যে এক্ষণে যে তলবান৷ দেওয়া যাইতেছে অর্থাৎ প্রতিদিন /১• আন সেই স্থার অনুসাবে তাহাবদেব অধীন সকল জিলাতে উগুব কালে দেওয়1 মায় । ২ । যে স্থানে হুকুম জাবী করিতে হইবেক সেই স্থানে যাইতে এবং তথাহইতে ফিরিয়া আসিতে যত দিন লাগে তা হাছাড়া পেয়াদার:দিগকে প্রত্যেক সকীন এবs গ্রেস্তারীব ও ক্রোকেব পবওয়ানা জাবাঁকবণার্থ অতি বিক দুই দিবস এবং অন্য প্রত্যেক প্রকাৰ হুকুম জাৰী করুণার্থ অতিৰিক্ত এক দিন দেওয়া যাইবেক । ৪ ৩। প্রত্যেক মুনসেফেব কাছাবীতে লটকাইবাৰ নি মিস্ত জল্প সাহেবের অতিমনোযোগপূৰ্ব্বক দেশীয় ভাষায় এক টেবিল প্রস্থত কবিতে হুকুম দিবেন এবং তাহা ব্যবহাৰহওনেব পূৰ্ব্বে আপনাবাই তাহ সংশোধন কবিবেন । ঐ টেবিলেৰ মধ্যে আদালতেব কাছায়ী হইতে ঐ এলাকার প্রত্যেক গ্রাম অনুমান যত দূর জাহ। এব^দিনপ্রতি প্লাচ ক্রোশ অর্থাৎ দশ মাইলেৰ হিসাবে হুকুম জারীকরণেৰ নিমিৰ যাইতে আসিতে স্বত্ত দিন ধর যাইবেক তাহ লেখা থাকিবেক । এই টেবিলে জঞ্জ গাছে বেব দস্তখণ্ড ও মোচৰ হইলে এবং তাছা প্রত্যেক মুনসে কেৰ কাছাৰীতে সকল লোকেৰ বিজ্ঞাপনের নিমিত্তে লট কান গেলে কিছু ভুল হইতে পাৰিবেক না এবং উত্তৰ | 事fcm ಇಶ್ಟ বেশী দাওয়া হইতে পারিবেক না ।
