थfकिग्ना खांशांड दनादशहैcछ द्रयु शग्न ও সমুদ্রে গমন কবে অথবা দেশাস্তব গমনকাৰি ব্যক্তিৰ দেব ফর্দ নির্দিষ্ট প্রকাবে ও বঙ্যনুসাবে না পাইযা যদি ঐ জাহাঙ্গ বন্দব হইতে বযু হয় অথর! যদি সেই ফৰ্দ্দ জানিয়াস্তুনিয়া মিথT কৰা গিয থাকে অথবা যদি এই বিধানেব নকল দেখাইতে যেরূপে ইহাৰ পূৰ্ব্বে হুকুম আছে সেইরূপে যদি তাহ দেখান না যায় অথবা যদি যাত্রাব সময়ে এল৭ জাহাজ মৰিচে পহুছনেব পব ৪৮ ঘন্টাপৰ্য্যন্ত ঐ দেশাস্তব গমনকাবি কোন ব্যক্রিকে আহ। বাদি না দেওযা যায় তবে মৰিচ উপদ্বীপে পত্নছনেব পব বারো মাসেব মধ্যে কোন সময়ে কোন বেতনভোগি মাজিষ্ট্রেট সাহেবেব সমক্ষে ঐ জাহাঞ্জেল অব্যক্ষেৰ ঐ> অপবাধেব সরাসবীহ্মপে প্রমাণ হইলে প্রত্যেক অপ বাধেব নিমিৰ ৫ পৌণ্ড ষ্টলিঙ্গেৰ কম ন তষ এল৭ > ৩ পৌণ্ড ষ্টলিঙ্গেব অধিক না হয় তিনি এমত জবীমানাব যোগ্য হইবেন । এব^যদি ঐ জৰীমানাব টাকা তৎক্ষণাৎ না দেওয়া যায় অথবা বেতনভোগি মাঞ্জিষ্ট্রেট সাহেব দোষ সাব্যস্ত হওন কালে যে সময় নিরূপণ কৰেন সেই সমযে়েব মধ্যে যদি ঐ জবীমানা না দেওয়া যা- তবে অপবাবি ব্যক্তি এক মাসেব কম ও তিন মাসেব অধিক না হয় এমত মিয়াদে কয়েদেব যোগ্য হইবেন ইতি । ১৬। কিন্তু ঐ প্রকার জাহাজে কোন দেশস্তিব গমন কাৰি ব্যক্তি বা তাহাব তৰফের কেহ বা অন্য কোন ব্যক্তি ঐ জাহাঞ্জের অধ্যক্ষ কিম্ব মালিক কি, মালিকে বদের সঙ্গে যে কোন বন্দোবস্তু কবিয়1 থাকে সেই বন্দোলন্তু উলঙ্ঘনকরণ অথবা তদনুসাবে মতাচৰণ না কবণেৰ বিষয়ে ঐ দেশাস্তব গমনকাবি ব্যক্তিব বা অন্য কোন ব্যক্তিৰ নালিশ বা মোকদ্দমাকবণেষ যে অধিকাৰ আছে ভাহা এই বিধিব লিখিত কোন কথাৰ দ্বাৰা লোপ অথবা নু্যন হুইবেক না ইতি । ১৭। কিন্তু আদমিৰালটিব যুক্ত লার্ড কমিস্যনৰ সাহেবেবদেব কর্মে নিযুক্ত কোন জাহাজ অথবা প্রস্ত্র মৰ্তী মহাবাণীর কোন যুদ্ধ জাহাজেব বিষয়ে এই বিধা নেব কোন কথা খাটিবেক না ইতি । ১৮। ভারতবর্ষপ্তষ্টতে মবিচ উপদ্বীপে গমনকাৰি কোন ব্যক্তি তথায় পহুছনেব পব ৪৮ ঘণ্টা অতীত ন হইলে ঐ উপদ্বীপে কর্মকবণেব বিষসে কোন বন্দো বস্তু কবিতে পাবিবেক না এবং ঐ সময় অঙ্গীত হওনেব
