কোন জাহাজ যদি এই বিধানের মধ্যে দেওয তনুমতি ও হুকুম অপেক্ষ অধিক সংখ্যক চডনদাব লষ্টয়া যায উচ্ছে ঐ নিয়মঅপেক্ষা যত অধিক চড়নদ এ শষ তাহাব প্রত্যেক সড়নদাবেব নিমিত্তে ৫ পৌণ্ড তার্থাৎ ৫০১ টাকা জৰীমানা চইবেক । এবং জাহাজের দুই তালাব মধ্যে যত ব্যবধান থ বি বাব হুকুম আছে সেই জাহাজের মধ্যে যদি তাহ। না থাকে অথবা যদি ইণের পূরে হুকাল বা মেজ্যাৰ ইহাব পূপে হুকুমকৰা প্রকাবে সমদায মাত্রাকালে না বাথ গিগা থাকে ও না বলিসা থাকে তথবা মাদি শযান কৰিবাব নিমিৱ দুই থাকেৰ অধিক মাচান থাকে অথবা গদি ঐ জাহাজের যাত্রাব সমুদায কাল ব্যাপিয় জাত৷ জের তালা এবং শয়ন কবিলাব নিমিং অঞ্চস্থ থাকেৰ মধ্যে নিদিষ্ট ব্যবসান না থাবে অথবা এ প্র পাব চড়ন দালেব ব্যবহার ও খলচেল নিমিক্স মে ১ প্রাব ও মত জল ও আহ’বীয় দুল্য লইবাৰ ভকম ষ্টতাব পুরে দেওয়া গিযান্তে যদি সেই জাম্রাঞ্জেব মধ্যে সেক্টরূপ জল ও আচার্বীয দুব্য না থাকিয়া জাহাজ বাদবহষ্টতে বযু হয় ও সমুদ্রে গমন কলে অথবা দেশান্তল গমনকাবি ব্যক্তিবদেব তালিক নিদিষ্ট প্রকাবে ও বীত্যনুসাবে নাপাইস। যদি ঐ জাহাজ বন্দবহষ্টতে বফ চয় অথবা যদি সেই তালিকা জানিয়া শুনিয়। মিথ্যা কব গিমা থাকে তথবা যদি এক্ট বিধানেৰ মকল দেখাইতে যেরূপে ষ্ট’ বি পদের তকম আছে সেইবাপে যদি তাহা দেখান ন মায তথল যদি যাত্ৰাৰ সমযে এল' জাহাজ মবিচে পহু ছনেল পব ৪৮ ঘট“পর্য্যন্ত ঐ দেশাস্তব গমনকাবি কোন ব্যক্তি কে আতা ব’দি না দেওয়া যায তবে মৰিচ উপদ্বীপে পল্লছনেব পৰ বাবে মাসেৰ মধ্যে কোন সমযে কোন লেন্তনভোগি মাজিষ্টেট সাহেবেব সমক্ষে ঐ জাহাজের অধ্যক্ষেত্র ঐ১ অপৰাধেৰ সৰাসবীরূপে প্রমাণ কক্টলে প্রত্যেক্ষ অপ রাধেব নিমিত্ত ৫ পৌণ্ড ষ্টলিঙ্গেব কম না কম এবং ১ • পৌণ্ড ষ্টলিঙ্গের অধিক না হয় তিনি এমত বীমানাব যোগ্য হইবেন। এবং যদি ঐ জবীমানাব টাল তৎক্ষণাও না দেওয়া যায অথবা বেতনভোগি মাজিষ্টেট সাহেব দোষ সাব্যস্ত হওন কালে যে সময় নিরূপণ কবেন সেই সমফেব মধ্যে যদি ঐ জবীমানা না দেওয়া মায় তবে অপবাধি ব্যক্তি এক মাসেব কম ও তিন মাসেব অধিক না হয এমভ মিয়াদে কয়েদেব যোগ্য হইবেন ইতি । ১৬। কিন্তু ঐ প্রকাব জাতাঙ্কে কোন দেশাস্তব গমন কারি ব্যক্তি বা তাহাব তরফেব কেহ বা অন্য কোন ব্যক্তি ঐ জাহাজেৰ অধ্যক্ষ কিম্বা মালিক কি মালিকেলদেব সঙ্গে ষে কোন বন্দোবস্তু কবিয়া থাকে সেই বন্দোবস্তু উলঙঘন কবণ অথবা তদনুসারে মতাসবণ না কৰণেব বিষয়ে ঐ দেশান্তৰ গমনকাবি ব্যক্তিব বা অন্য কোন ব্যক্ৰিয় নালিশ বা মোকদ্দমা কৰণেব যে অধিকাব তাছে তাহা এই বিধির লিখিত কোন কথাব ছাবা লোপ অথবা बून एहप्दरू मा इडि । ১৭। কিন্তু আদমিবালটিৰ যুক্ত লার্ড কমিস্যনর স৷ হেফেৰদেৰ অধীন নিযুক্ত কোন জাহাজ অথবা প্রজীমতী মহারাণীৰ কোন যুদ্ধ জাহাজের বিষয়ে এই বিধানের কোন কথা খাটিবেক না ইতি। ১৮ । ভাৰতবৰ্ষহইতে মবিচ উপদ্বীপে গমনকারি কোন ব্যক্তি তথায় পহু ছনেৰ পৰ ৪৮ ঘন্ট। অভৗত না হইলে ঐ উপদ্বীপে কৰ্ম করণেব বিষয়ে কোন বন্দোবস্তু
