CIRCULAR ORDERS OT THE SUDDER BOARD OF REVENUE ]No 19 From the Officiating Secretary to the Sudder Board of Revenue to the Commissioner of Re venue for the Division of 1st As the 28th of September next one of the latest dates for the payment of arrears of Revenue under Act I of 1845 falls within that portion of the Dusserah Vacation commencing, with the 25th of September and ending with the 2nd of October following, during which the offices of the several Collectors will be closed I am desired by the $ad der Board of Revenue to intimate that the first open day after the expiraton of the Holidays viz the 3rd of October, should be taken as the latest date of payment in lieu of the 28th of September preoedung 2nd On the same principle whenever any of the latest dates of payment falls on a Sunday or other close the first open day thereafter should be taken to be the latest date 3rd You are referred also to the Board s Cir cular No 18 dated the 23rd August 1840.
