( el 3 ) of complaint shall have arisen or if the cause of complaint shall have arisen on board a Ship or Vessel on a voyage within three months after the irrival thereof at a port or place in the said Torri tories Y XV And it is hereby enacted that if the \saster of any Apprentice shall die before the expi ration of the term for which such Apprentice shall have been bound the contract of Apprenticeship shall be considered as determined provided that if any premium shall have been paid to such Mas ter on the bunding of the Apprentice to him a proportionate part thereof shall be returned by the F Yucutors or Administrators out of the Fstate of the deceased to the person or persons who shall have pud the same to be employed by such per son or pursons towards the binding out such Ap prentice to a new Master unless the F xecutor or Administrator of the deceased Master or some Member of his family living with him at the time of } death shall continue the business in which such \pi rentico shall have boem employed and shall v ithin three months from the det ease of the late \sa ter make offer in writing to retain the Appren tice on the terms of the original contract in which c ise the Estate of the deceased shall be discharged from all liability on account of such premium YXVI And it is hereby enacted that if such offer to retain the Apprentice shall be made as aforesaid and shall be consented to by such Appren title and the person or persons by whom he shall have been bound the sume shall be fully express old and certified on each opy of the original con tract of Apprenticeship with the signature of the parties respectively and such cortificate shall be registered in the othce of the Chief Mugistrate of the place, or District where such Apprentice shall have been employed or in the Case of a Sea Appren tide in the othce in which the original contract shall have been registered and the Apprentice shall be considered as bound to the person or persons so retaınıng hun for the remaınıng part of the torm specified in the said contract X\VII Provided alway« that if the Master of any Apprentico bound under this Act shall dic during the term of Apprenticeship such Appren tice shall be entitled to maintenance for three months from and after the decease of his Master out of the assets left by hiin provided that during such three months such Apprentice shall continue to live with and serve as an Apprentlue the Dxe cutor or Administrator of such Master or such per son as he shall appoint YXV III And it is hereby enacted that when a Commission of Bankruptcy shall be issued against any person to whom an Apprentice shall have been bound under this Act or when such person shall be adjudged to have committed an Act of Insolven y such Apprentice shall be disch urged from all obligation under the contract of Apprentice ship provided that if any premium shall have been paid on binding him as an Apprentice the person or [Government Gazette let December, 1846 J পৰ যদি কিম মাসের মধ্যে তাঙ্গ উপস্থিত না কৰা যায় তবে গ্রাহ্য হইবেক না অথবা যদি নালিশের কাবণ কে ম জাহাজের উপৰ যাত্রাব সময়ে ইয়া থাকে তবে সেট জাহাঙ্ক উক বাজ্যের মধ্যে কোন বন্দৰে বা স্থ নে পহু ছনের পর ত্তিম মাসের মধ্যে যদি উপস্থিত না হ ত য তাহা গ্রাহ্য হইবেক মা ইভি । ২৫ ধাৰা । এবং ইহাতে ছলম টেল যে যে মিয় দের মিমিক্কে আপ্রেটিস বদ্ধ হয় সেই মিয় দ অতীতক ও নেৰ পূৰ্ব্ব যদি ঐ অ'প্রেটিসেৰ মনিব মৰেন ভরে তাহ’ব আপ্রেটিসী বন্দাবস্তু মিবুৰ হইয়াছে জ্ঞান হইবেক। কিন্তু জান শর্টক্য যে ঐ মনিবের নিকটে আপ্রেটিস বদ্ধ হও নেব সমযে যদি ঐ মনিবকে কোন পুরস্কাব দেওযা দি ম৷ তিল তবে মৃত ব্যক্তিৰ ইষ্টেটের অছি অথবা আডমিনি ষ্ট্রেটৰ সেই পুৰস্কারেব উপযুক্ত অ শ যে ব্যক্তি বা হ্য ক্রিরা ত’হ দিয়াছিলেন ডাহাকে বা তাহা দিগকে ত ২ ফিৰিয়া দি লন এব তাহাব! সেই টাকা লইয়া ঐ আপ্ৰে ন্টিসকে কোন নুতন মনিবেব নিকটে বদ্ধ কবিবাব নিমিত্তে তাহা ব্যয় কৰিবেন । কিন্তু যদি ঐ মৃত মনিলেৰ আছি কি অডিমিনিস্ট্রটৰ অথবা তাহাব মবণেব সময়ে তাহাব সঙ্গে সহবাসকার্বী তাহার পবিবাবেৰ কোন এক জন যে ব্যবসাতে ঐ আপ্রেটিস নিযুক্ত ছিল তাত চালাইতে থাকেন এল মৃত মনিবেৰ মবণেব পর তিন মাসেব মধ্যে আসল বন্দোবস্তেব নিয়মানুসাবে আপ্রেটিসকে বাথিতে লিখনেৰ জাবা প্রস্তাব কবেন তবে মৃত ব্যক্তিব ইষ্টেট ঐ পুরস্কাৰৰ বাব সকল দায়হইতে মুক্ত হই ৰেক ইতি । ২৬ ধারা। এব ইহাতে ছলম চইল যে পূৰ্ব্বোত্ত মতে ঐ অ্যাপ্রেটিসকে বা থাম্বে যদি প্রস্তাব হল এক যদি ঐ আ প্রেটিস অপনি এব যে ব্যক্তি ক] ব্যক্তিবা তাহাকে বদ্ধ কবিয়াছিলেন ভঁাতাবা ত স্থা ্যে সমত হন তবে ভাহা জাপ্রেণিসী আসল বন্দে বস্তেব প্রত্যেক নকলে অতিসপন্টকপে নির্দিষ্ট কবি তে হইবেক ও লেখা যাইবেক এবং তাহাতে ঐ সকল ব্যক্তি সহী কৰিবেন এব ঐ সর্টিফিকট যে স্থান ল ছিলrভ ঐ আপ্রেটিস নিযুক্ত ছিল সেই স্থান বা জিলাৰ প্রধান মাজিষ্ট্রেট সাহেবের দফুবে অথবা সমদ্রীয় আপ্রেক্টিস হইলে যে দফুষে আসল বন্দোবস্তু রেঞ্জিষ্টৰী হক্টঘছিল সেই দন্তবে বেজিষ্টৰী হইবেক এব উক্ত ব'ন্দাবস্তুে নিৰ্দ্ধাবিত মিTাদেব অবশিষ্ট কালপর্য্যন্ত ঐ আপ্রেটিস তাহাকে এক্টরূপে বাখণিয়া ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিবদেব নিকটে বন্ধ অাছে এমত ডান হইবেক ইতি । ২৭ ধাবা । কিন্তু নিতান্ত জানা কৰ্ত্তব্য যে এক্ট আ স্ট নানুসাবে বন্ধ কোন আপ্রেটিসেব মনিব যদি আপ্রেটিশ মিয়াদেব মধ্যে মবেন তবে ঐ মনিব যে স্থিত বাথি । যান তাতাহইতে ঐ মনিলেব মৰণ অলবি ভিন মাসপর্য্যন্থ অন্নাচ্ছাদন পাটবাব আপ্রেটিসেব হক থাকিলেক কিন্ত্ৰ জ না কৰ্ত্তব্য যে ঐ তিন মাস ব্যাপিয় ঐ আপ্রেণ্টিস ঐ মনিবেব অছি অথবা আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটবের সঙ্গে কি যে ব্যক্তিকে তিনি নিযুক্ত কবেন তাহাব সঙ্গে বাস করিতে এব^ তাহার কর্ম কবিতে থাকিবেক ইতি । ২৮ ধাৰ। এব ইতাতে ভকম হইল যে যে ম্যক্তিব নিকটে এই আইনানুসারে কোন আপ্রেটিস বদ্ধ ষ সেই ব্যক্তিৰ বিকদ্ধে দেউলিয়ার কমিস্যন বাকিব হইলে অথবা সেই ব্যক্তিৰ যোত্ৰষ্ঠীনতা নিৰ্দ্ধ"র্ষ্য হটলে ঐ অাপ্রেটিস আপন বন্দোবন্ধেব সমস্ত দাও চিষ্টাত মুক্ত হইবেক । কিন্তু জানা কৰ্ত্তব্য যে যদি ভাকাকে আপ্রেটি সীরূপে বদ্ধ কবগেৰ সময়ে কোন পুরস্কাব দেওয। গিয়া থাকে তবে যে ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিবা স্ত। হাঝে বদ্ধ
