In the matter of MAHOMED TOORAUIS, late of Sealdah, in the district of the 24-Pergunnahs, sometimes called suburbs of Caleutta, in the Province of Bengal, Wookeel and Agent of Bodsha Bagum, of J.ucknow, and now a prisoner for debt, consined in the Common Gaol of Calcutta aforesaid, seeking the benefit of the Act of the ninth year of the Reign of his late Majesty George the Fourth, entitled an Act to provide for the lèelief of Insolvent Debtors in the East Indies, &c.
