The following Notification is published for the information of parties to suits in the Court of the Civil and Sessions Judge of the 24-Pergunnahs. When pleaders who understand the Dnglish language are employed by both parties to a suit, it shall be at the discretion of the Judge to direct that oral pleadings (if such pleading is necessary) be conducted in that language ; and it is to be understood that unless the pleaders of both parties are fully competent to a gue the oral pleadings (if such are necessary) in longlish, the proceedings must be conducted altogether in the native languages.
