In the matter of AT.BERT JOHN DEHOCIIPPIED LARPK, NT and JOLIN BECKWITII, J.<e of the town of Calcutta, Merchants and Agents, carrying on trade and business in copartnership together in Clive Street, in the town of Calcutta in Bengal, under the name, style and firm of Cockerell aud Company, and now residing at the French Settlen, ent of Chauderungore, in the Provinto of Bengal. NOTICE is hereby given, that by an order made in this matter on the Fighteenth day of 19ecember instant, upon a petition of John Freeman, of the Town of Calcutta, Indigo Planter, a creditor of the said Albert John I)eisochepied Larpent and John Beckwith, whereby he prayed this Court would be pleased to proceed in like manner as if the said Albert մահո DeHochepiód I.arpent and John Beckwith had petitioned this Court for relief, under the Act passed in the Ninth year of the Reign of his late Majesty King George the Fourth, entitled “an Act to provide for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in the East Indies, until the first day of March One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-three," and that this Court would be pleased to enquire into the truth of the said petition, and if this Court should be satisfied thereof, then that this Court should adjudge the same to be true, and that the said Albert John Toeilochepied Larpent and John Beckwith have committed an act of Insolvency, and upon an affidavit of the said John Freeman filed in this Court, this Court did thereby adjudge that the said petition is true, and that the said Albert John De II ochepied Larpent and John Beckwith have committed an act of Insolvency.
