( ২১৬ ) (Рант II. DECLARATION. The 21st February 1876.--Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to he taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for cutting a drainage and irrigation channel, which is to run through the villages of Kistanaggur, Nischindipore, Goviudamagore, Argarah, Chouli Singpore, Joynugur, and Sreerampore, pergunnah Rurdah, zillah Midnapore, it is herchy declared that for the above purpose a strip of land 5 miles 240 feet in length and 30 feet in width, more or less, is required within the aforesaid villages of Kistanaggur, Nischindipore, Govindanagore, Argarah, Chouli Singpore, Joynngur, and Srcerampore. This declaration is made, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may concern. II. J. BEyNoLDs, Offy. Seco. to the Govt. of Bengal. DIE(XLARATION, The 22nd February 1876–Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that thc undermentioned plots of lands arc required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz., for village chowkidar Goyaram's jagheer, to be given as commensation for the loss of his jaghecrlands acquired for the roads from Mullarporo to Mouressur, nnd Kamra to Andi :- # (1) In the village of Kumra, pergunnah Dari Mouressur, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 4 cottahs and 193 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the east by the lands of Goyaram chowkidar, on the north by the new road, and on the west and south by msl lands: (2) In the village of Kamra, pergunnah Dari Mouressur, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, ll cottahs and 12# gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the east by the land of Goyaram chowkidar, on the west by the lands of Beni Mundul, and on the south and north by mål lands : (3) In the village of Kamra, pergunnah Dari Mouressur, zillah Beerhhoom, a piece of land mucăsuring, more or less 2 cottahs and l (;; gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the cast by the lands of Goyaram chowkidar, on the west by the lands of Beni Mundul, and on the south and north by nuńl lands: (4) In the village of Kamra, pergnnnah Dari Mouressur, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 3 cottahs and 19% gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the east by the lands of Goyaram chowkidar. on the south and west by the new road, and on the north by the lands of Beni Mundul’s jote : (5) In the village of Kamra, pergunnah Dari Mouressur, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 3 cottahs and 64 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Goyaram chowkidar, on the south by the lands of Srirup Sutrodhur. and on the west and east by mál lands : It is hereby declared that for the above purposes pieces of lands measuring, more or less, 1 becgha 6 cottahs 15} gundahs of standard measurement are required within the aforesaid village of Katura. This declaration is made, under the provisions of Scetion 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may concern. - Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that the undermentioned plot of land is required to be taken by Government at the public expensc for a public purpose, viz., for village chowkidiur Panchcourie's jaghccr, to be given as compensation for the loss of his jagheer lands acquired for the road from Mullapore to Mouressur:— In he village of Ituinci, underpore, pergunnah Dari Mourcssur, zillah Beerbhoom, a picce of and measuring, more or less, 1 beegha 3 cottahs and 183 gundahs of standard incasurement, bounded on the west by the lands of Panchcourie chowkidar, on the south. and north by a go-path, and on the east by mål lands : It is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1 becgha 3 cottahs 18: gundalis of staudard measurement are required within the aforesaid village of Ramchunderpore. f This declaration is made, undcr the provisions of Sectiou 6 of Act X of 1870, te all whom it may concern.
