Every new cow-house, cattle-shed and stable constructed on a new site, and every extension of an existing cow-house, cattle-shed and stable to a new site, shall be a detached building and not within 15 feet of any other iuhabited building, and shall be provided with a paved passage behind the manger at least 2 feet in width. 2. Before beginning to build the sauction of the Commissioners shall be obtained, and with the application to plan of the premises and sections of the building in which it is proposed to carry ou the business shall be sent in for approval, and the plan shall show the provision made or proposed to be made for the drainage, lighting, ventilation and water вupply of the same, and shall also surnish a site plan of the locality showing the building: and streets within 40 feet of the premises. 3. Every cow-house, cattle-shed and stable or building in which an animal is kept shall be subject to section 335, and be properly lighted and ventilated by the owner to the satis faction of the Commission crs. 4. Every cow-bouse, cattle-shed, stable or building, etc., shall be well paved by the owner with asphalte, iron, stone or bricks-on-edge with cement pointing, slag stones set in cement, or other suitable impermeable material, and shall have a channel or gutter slopiug towards a gully or oess-pool which shall be situated outside the shed.
