( ግግህ” ) [Pa* II. NOTIFICATION. Under Section 25 of the Chota Nagpore Tenures’ Act [Act II (B.C.) of 18697. The 2nd July 1877–It is hereby notified that the registers of bhuinhari, and other tenures in the villages belonging to the marginally named per:::"un": "", "inios o gunnah of the Chota Nagpore estate, Lohardugga district, villages. prepared under the provisions of Section 5 of Act II (B.C.) of 1869, *aving been finally revised and corrected in accordance with the decisions and orders of the Special Commissioner and the Commissioner of the division under the aforesaid Act, have been confirmed by the Commissioner of the division on the 27th June 1877. 2. It is further declared, agreeably to the provisions of Section 26 of the aforesaid Act, that the confirmation of the Commissioner of the division notified above having thus been published, the registers shall be conclusive evidence of all matters recorded therein, and from and after this publication of the confirmation of the register rélating to any village no evidence shall be received that any lauds in such village not mentioned in such register arc of bhuinhari or manjhus tenure. The 2nd July 1877.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz for extension of Roy Bagan Street, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a picce of land measuring, more or less, 1 cottah 12 chittacks, bounded on the north by a public drain; on the south partly by Roy Bagan Street and partly hy No. 72, Cornwallis Street, belonging to Baboo Tarriney Churn Bose ; on the east and west by No. 73, Cornwallis Street, belong ing to Rajah Raj Narain Roy, is required. The 25th June 1877.-The undermentioned gentlemen are appointed to be Honorary Magistrates, for the Balasore Bench of Magistrates in the district of Balasore, and are vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class :— ro Baboo Radba Raman Das, Zemindar. Bhugwan Chundra Das, Zemindar. ,, l’rosunno Koomar Ghosal, Land Agent. Moonshee Abdus Suban Khan, Goverument Piemder. In supersession of the orders of the 21st April 1877, published in the Calcutta Gagette of the 25tb idem, Baboo Bacharam Mookerjee, M. A. and B. L., Acting Moousif of Busseerhaut, is appointed to be a Moonsif of the Third ಆrಳ್ಲ; and to be Second Moonsif of Soodharam, in Noakholly, from the 25th April 1877. The 27th June 1877.-Baboo Kristo Coomar Sen, who has, under separate orders of this date, been posted to Pooree as a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Second Class The 28th June 1877.-The following transfers of Moonsifs are sanctioned:— Baboo Pronunnooumar Sen, M.A. and R. L., from Bagirhaut to the Sudder Station of the district of Jessore. , Mummotho Nath Chatterjee, from the Sudder Station of Jessore to Bagirhat. Iu supersession of the orders of the 18th ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 23rd idem, Baboo Juggut Bundhoo Dutt, M.A. and b.l., Moonsif of Rungunea, in Chittagong, is appointed to be Moonsif of Putteah, in that district.
