Hewitt, Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Patna, is allowed furlough to Europe for fifteen months, under Section 12 of the Civil Leave Code, together with subsidiary leave for twenty-one days, under Section 24 of the Code, with effect from the 12th instant. * The 17th July 1877.—Bahoo Kalinath Bose, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Noakholly, is vested with the powers of a Collector under the provisions of Act X of 1870. Fabre-Tonnerre, Officiating Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bhagulpore, is appointed to be an Assistant Superintendent of Police of the Second Grade, vice Mr. H. W. H. Roberts. Mr. L. E. Fabre-Tonnerre is also appointed to act until further orders in the First Grade of Assistant Superintendents of Police, vice Mr. F. A. Dawson. Mr. G. D. Graham, Officiating Assistant Superintendent of Police, 24-Pergunnahs, is appointed to be an Assistant Superintendent of Police of the Third Grade. Mr. Graham is also appointed to act until further orders in the Second Grade of Assistant Superintendents of Police. Mr. H. B. M. Eyre, Officiating Assistant Superintendent of Police, Patna, is transferred to Sarun. The 18th July 1877.-Mr. C. E. Fabre-Tonnerre, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Rajshahye, is trausserred to the district of Purneah. Registration.–The 17th July 1877.–Baboo Kristo Hurry Bose, Special Sub-Registrar, Chittagong, is allowed leave of absence from the date of expiry of the leave granted to him under orders of the 28th May last to the date on which he rejoins his appointment. Baboo Raghunundun Sahoy, Special Sub-Registrar, Patna, is allowed leave of absenge for fifteen days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code. ཅ་༽, I’ducation.— The 17th July 1877.--Mr. F.
