The Medical Officer in charge of the detachment of British Infantry stationed at Hazareebagh will, while so employed, be one of the official visitors of the Lunatic Asylum at that station, under the provisions of Section 2, Act XXXVI of 1858. The 13th July 1877–Baboo Jogendra Nath Ray, L.L., Moonsif of Sunamganj, in the district of Sylhet, having resumed charge of his office on the afternoon of the 26th June, on return from the privilege leave granted to him in orders dated the 21st March 1877, and published at page 71, Part I, Assam Gazette of the 24th idem, the unexpired portion of his leave has been cancelled. - * Mr. W. B. Savi, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Cachar, is transferred to the district of the Naga Hills. i No. 20.—The 5th July 1877.—Mr. A. Ll. Clay, Officiating District and Sessions Judge of Sylhet, made over charge of office on the afternoon of the 30th June 1877, in order to avail himself of subsidiary leave preparatory to furlough granted by the Chief Commissioner of Assam. o No. 24.—The 11th July 1877–Mr. H.
