Fল ( tyఅ8 ) tron or DERs BY THE LIEUTENANT-Governor of BENGAL, REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS. No. 3988A. GENERAL-The 28th June 1877.-Mr. H. A. D. Phillips, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Kendraparah, Cuttack, on leave, is transferred to the Patna Division, and is appointed to have charge of the Sewan and Gopalgunge divisions of the Sarun district. The 22nd July 1877.—Mr. Brajendranath Dé, Assistant Magistrạte and Collector, Durbhunga, is allowcd leave for fourteen days, to enable him to attend the High Proficiency examination in Sanskrit to be held in Calcutta in October next. 鞠 Moulvi Abdool Wahab, Sub-Deputy Collector, employed on settlement duty in the Noabad talooks, Chittagong, is allowed leave for two months and five days, under the rules in chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 28th instant, or such subsequent date as he may avail himself of it. r oh . The 25th July 1877–Baboo Rushomoy Dutt, Sub-Deputy Collector, Noakholly, is allowed leave for six months, under Section 3, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the date on which he availed himself of it. The 28th பர் 1877.-Baboo Isree Pershad, Sub-Deputy Cullector of the Second Grade at Banka, in the district of Bhagulpore, is transferred to Bettiah, in the district of Chumparun. Baboo Shama Churn Dass, Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade at Bettiah, in the district of Chumparum, is transferred to Banka, in the district of Bhagulpore. Mr. B. Wood, Settlement Officer, Sonthal Pergunnahs, reported his departure from India on leave on the afternoon of the 21st July 1877. Mr. V. H. Suhalch, c.s.l., of the Bengal Oivil Service, reported his departure from India on the 16th May 1877. The 30th July 1877.-Mr. E. Drummond, District and Sessions Judge, Sarun, is allowed leave for one month, under the rules in Qhapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 29th August 1877. * Baboo Tarapersad Chatterjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Bongong, having resumed charge of his office on the afternoon of the 6th instant, the unexpired portion of the leave granted to him under orders of the 26th February last is cancelled. The 31st July 1877.--Baboo Rajkishore Narain, Officiating Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade at Sewan, is confirmed in that grade, vice Moulvi Abdur Rezak, deceased, with effect from the lst July 1877. Baboo Shama Churn, temporary Sub-Deputy Collector, Second Grade, is confirmed in that grade, vice Baboo Rajkishore Narain, promoted, and is posted to Sasseram. Baboo Shama Churn will act in the First Grade of Sub-Deputy Collectors during the absence, on deputation, of Baboo Gunga Nath Roy. Baboo Roghu Nath Sahaye is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the second Grade for employment on, duty connected with land registration at Shahabad, vice Baboo Shama Churn. i Mr. F. A. Slack, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Bogra, is transferred to Dinagepore. Baboo Sreenath Bhudder, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Dinagepore, is allowed leave for three months, under Scotion 8, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code.
