CIVIL PENSION CODE, Section 48A (page 28). i Add the following to this Section : “In the same manner, the Local Government may, upon such: ionditions as it may in each case think fit to impose, oondone a break or breaks in tontinuity of service, not exceeding three months in the aggregate, or one month on any one occasion, provided that such break or breaks be not the result of any one of the circumstances mentioned in Section 48.” ACTING ALLOWANCE CODE. section 25 (page 286). Insert the following as Rule 3 under this section : 3. An officer placed in charge of the current duties of an office is not entitlod to any fixed travelling, tentage or local allowances attached to the office, except under the special orders of the Local Government. “༽། R.
