Act X (B.C.) of 1871 (the District Road Cess Act), that the Road Cess Committee of the district of Pubna have, under Section 74 of the Act, determined to levy the cesses under that Act for theo cess year commencing from the 1st October 1877 at the following rates, being the maximum rates, and the said rates are published accordingly :-- I. Six pies, or two pice, on every rupee of the annual value of lands under Parts II nnd III of the Act. II.
