The 24th September 1877–The Moonsif of Dantoon, in the district of Midnapore, is appointed to be also Additional Moonsif of Tumlook and Contai, in that district. M Baboo Sreenath Roy, Officiating Judge of the Court of Small Causes, Jessore, is vested with the powers of a Subordinate Judge. Baboo Ishan Chunder Sen, Officiating Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Serajgunge, in the district of Pubna, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Second Class. The 26th September 1877—Baboo Okhoy Coomar Bose, Officiating Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Maldah, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Second Class. 'Mr. Thomas Mohendra Lal Bose, who has, under separate orders of this date, been appointed to be a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector of Jessore, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class. The 2nd October 1877.-Baboo Sheonundun Lall, Sub. Deputy Collector, Sewan, Sarun, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the Third Class. Baboo Sitikant Mullick is appointed to officiate as Moonsif of Cutwa, in the district of Burdwan, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Promothonath Banerjee, or until further orders : Baboo Ramdyal Ghose, Moonsis of Diamond IIarbour, in the 24-Pergunnahs, is transferred to Bishenpore, in West Burdwan. Baboo Grish Chunder Chowdry, Officiating Subordinate Judge of Sarum, is appointed to be Moonsif of Diamond Harbour, in the 24-Pergunnahs, on being relieved of his present «cting appointment at Sarun. Baboo Soshee Bhusan Chatterjee, Officiating Moonsif of Bishenpore, is appointed to act as Moonsis of Diamond Harbour during the absence, on duty, of Baboo Grish Chunder Chowdry, or until further orders. Baboo Khetternath Bose, Second Moonsis of Burdwan, is allowed privilege leave of absence for thirty days during the ensuing Dusserah Vacation, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 8th October 1877. * 3aboo Munmotho Nath Chatterjee, Moonsit of Iłagirhát, in the district of Jessore, is allowed privilege leave of absence for the ensuing Dusserah Vacation, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code. Baboo Promothonath Banerjee, Moonsif of Cutwa, in the district of Burdwan, is allowed privilege leave of absence for two months, unde, the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave (Jode, with effect from the 23rd October 1877. Baboo loadha Churn Roy, Moonsif of Shibgunge, in the district of Dinagepore, is allowed privilege leave of absence for two months and twenty days, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 6th October 1877, or from any subsequent date.
