The 22nd September 1877.-It is hereby notified for general information that, on the recommendation of the Commissioners of the Municipality of Nychatty, in the district of the 24-Pergunnahs, made at a special meeting, the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased, under Section 78 of Act V (B.C.) of 1876, to sanction the registration by the Commissioners, under Sections 133 and 131 of the Act, of all carts kept or habitually used within the Municipality, and the levy from the 1st October 1877 of a fee upon every cart for such registration at the rate inentioned below — For every cart which is kept or habitually used within, or which is let for hire within or without the Municipality and habitually used within it, one rupee per half year.
