The 27th September 1877.-It is hereby notified, under the provisions of Section 15 of Act V of 1861, that, owing to the misconduct of the inhabitants of village Tangamarah, in the sub-division of Nattore, district Rajshahye, in obstructing the line of railway near Luckonhattee, and thereby endangering human life, the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to sanction the employment for a-period of four months of a special police force of I head-constable and 8 constables, to be quartered in the portion of the line within the precincts of the village Tangamarah in the jurisdiction of the Nattore police-station. 2. AAAAS SSAAAASSSS S SMSSSS NOTIFICATION, The 2nd October 1877.--In continuation of Government Notification of 5th June 1877, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 18th idem, it is hereby notified, under the provisions of Section 15 of Act V of 1861, that whereas the village of Karshalikha, situated within the jurisdiction of the Shazadpore police-station, in the Serajgunge sub-division of the district of Pubna, is still in a disturbed state, the Lieutenant-Governor has sanctioned the retention for a further period of one month, commencing from the 1st September 1877, of a special police force of l head-constable and 8 constables. to be quartered in the said village of Karshalikha, for the purpose of keeping the peace between the zemindars and the ryots of the said village. 2.
