Mark C.-On the north by No. 65, Upper Circular Road, belonging to Ramessur Ohunder and others; on the south by a new road from Boodhoo Ostagu's Lane,to Epper Circular Road; on the east partly by No. 65, Upper Circular Road, belonging to Rameasur Chunder and others, and partly by No. 64, Upper Circular Road, belonging to tamsabuck Mullick; and on the west by a public drain, are required within the aforesaid Town of Calcutta, - - a. ‘. . . . This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concerns? * The 22nd October 1877—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for widening Newgeepooker West Lane, in the Town of Calcutta, it'is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, No. 10, Newgeepooker East Lane, measuring, more or less, ll chittacks 22 feet, the boundaries of which are as follow :—On the north by premises No. 10, Newgeepooker East Lane, belonging to Ram Kissen Ghose Sabaith; on the south by Newgeepooker West Lane; on the east by premises No. 11, Newgeepooker East Lane, liclonging to Nilmoney Chuckerbutty; and on the west by Newgeepooker West Laue, is required within the aforesaid Town of Calcutta. This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concern. The 22nd October 1877.--Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz for widening a lane in the Town of Caicutta, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, No. 192, Cornwallis Street, measuring, more or less, 3 chittacks and 14 square feet, the boundaries of which are as follow :-On the north by No. 192, Cornwallis Street, belonging to Hurrypersaud Bose ; on the south by a filled-up public drain; on the east by Cornwallis Street; and on the west by a filled-up public drain, is required within the aforesaid Town of Calcutta. This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concern. TT AA TSG HAGSTSMAAAA The 22nd October 1877.-Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for general improvement in the Town of Calcutta, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, No. 65, Baranossy Ghosc's Street, measuring, more or less, 19 cottahs 4 chittacks, the boundaries of which are as follow —On the north partly by No. 66, Baranossy Ghosc's Street, belonging to Debnarain Kassarey, partly by No. 67, Baranossy Ghose's Street, belonging to Muddoosooden Coondoo, partly by No. 68, Baranossy Ghose's Street, belonging to Muddoosooden Coondoo, and partly by No. 3, Kistodoss Pal’s Lane, belonging to Roman auth Mookerjce ; on the south and east by Kistodoss Pal’s Lane; and on the west by a new road from Mooktaram Baboo's Street to Baranossy Ghose's Street, is required within the aforesaid Town of Calcutta. This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concern.
