The 31st October 1877.-In the Notification dated 14th September 1877, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 19th idem, Part I, page 1289, sanctioning the transfer of certain villages from thana Lallpore to thana Charghat of the district of Rajshahye, for the words “ thanas Nattore, Poothea, and Bulleah,” read “ thanas Nattore, Poothea, and Baulleah,” in the description of the north and north-west boundary of thana Charghat. The 2nd November 1877–Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that laud is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for conservation of forest in the village of Rehal, pergunnah Rohtas, zillah Shahabad, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1,200 beeghas of standard measurement is required within the aforesaid village of Rehal, pergunnah Rohtas, zillah Shahabad. Mehal Rehal is bounded on the north by Boodhooa; on the south by Hemhuth; east by Sheikhpoorah alias Fortress Rohtas; and west by mehal Pepradib. This declaration is made under the provisions of section 6 of Act x of 1870 to all whom it may concern, RAI knuma Narh Mitha, Offg. Asst. Secy, to the Govt. of Bengal.
