o ( ১২৫২ ) (Paan tr." orders by THE LIEUTENANT-Governon of BENGAL. REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS. No. 5261A. Genenal.—The 31st October 1877.-Mr. Clement Thomas Le-Hardy, who has recently been appointed to be a member of the Bengal Civil Service, is appointed to be an Assistant Magistrate and Collector in the Bhagulpore Division, and is posted to the district of Bhagulpore. Mr. M. Power, Head Assistant, Political Department, and Registrar, Judicial side of the Bengal Secretariat, is allowed leave for one month, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 20th November 1877. The 1st November 1877.-Mr. J. lt. Hallett, Officiating District and Sessions Judge of Gya, is appointed to act until further orders as Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade, from the date on which he may be relieved of his present duties by Mr. E. Grey. The 5th November 1877.-Major R. C. Money, officiating Manager, Raj Durbhunga, is allowed leave for two months, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the date on which he may be relieved of his present duties. The 6th November 1877.—Mr. E. S. Moseley, Officiating District and Sessions Judge, Mymensingh, is allowed furlough for eleven months, under Section. 12, Chapter IV of tbe Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 15th December 1877. y Mr. D. W. M. Testro is appointed to act until further orders as Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade in Gya, from the date on which he may be relieved of his present appointment by Mr. F. M. Halliday. - The 7th November 1877.-In modification of the orders of the 4th September last, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 26th idem, Mr. C. H. Swinden, Officiating Sub Deputy Collector, Rajnehal, is appointed temporarily to be a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector at Pakour, in the Sonthal Pergunnahs, during the deputation. of Mr. A. W. Scanlan to Madras, or until further orders. Moonshi Warris Ali, First Grade Canoongoe, Muddehpurah, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector, Second Grade, in the Bhagulpore Division, vice Mr. C. H. Swinden. The 8th November 1877.-Moulvi Mahomed Kamil, late Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, was on leave, under Section 7, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code, from 15th October to 5th November 1875, both days inclusive. . The 9th November 1877–Mr. J. F. Bradbury is appointed to act until further orders in the First Grade of Joint-Magistrates and Deputy Collectors, and is posted to the Sudder Station of the 24. Pergunnahs. Mr. R. H. Pawsey, c.s., who reported his return from special leave on the 24th ultimo, is allowed subsidiary lenve from that date to the 3lst idem, to ennble him to joiu his appointment at Mymensingh. t The 10th November 1877.-Mr. H. G. Sharp, Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Chuumparun, is appointed to act until further orders in the l’irst Grade of Joint-Magistrates and Deputy Collectors, and is posted to the district of Durbhunga, with effect from the date on which he may be relieved of his present duties by Mr. H. F. J. Kean. . Mr. C. J. O’Donnell, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Gya, iя appointed to have charge of the Nowada division of that district. The 12th November 1877–In supersession of the orders of the 5th ultimo, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 10th idem, Moulvi Ameeruddin Ahmed, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Pubna, is transferred to Rungpore. * Mr. W.
