w ( ১২৭e ) . (Pant II. ORIDERS BY THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR, OF BENGAL. ...--ه=عے REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS. -- No. 5810A. GENERAL –The 3rd November 1877–Mr. J. F. Bradbury, Officiating Magistrate and Collector of Mymensingh, is appointed to act until further orders as a JointMagistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade in the district of the 24-Pergunnahs, on being relieved of his present duties: The 16th November 1877.-Mr. C. H. Vowell, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, is posted to the Sudder Station of the district of Rajshahye. Baboo Taraprosad Chatterjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in temporary charge of the Meherpore division of the Nuddea district, is appointed to have charge of the Bongong division of that district. Baboo Chunder Seekur Banerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Bongong division of the Nuddea district, is appointed to have charge of the Ranaghat division of that district. Baboo Romesh Chunder Mookerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Ranaghat division of the Nuddea district, is transferred to the Sudder Station of that district. § Mr. J. D. Gael, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Rampore Hat division of the Moorshedabad district, is vested with the powers of a Collector under Act X of 1870. The 17th November 1877.-Mr. E. Grey, District Judge of Gya, is allowed subsidiary leave from the 6th to the 8th April 1877, and from the 1st to the 7th instant, under Section 24 of the Civil Leave Code. The 19th November 1877–Moulvi Dulleelooddeen, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Patna, is allowed leave for one month, under Section 3, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code, in extension of the leave granted him under orders of the 14th M ay 1877 Mr. J. G. Ritchie, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in charge of the Bettiah division of the Chumparun district, is transferred to the Darjeeling district for employment at Dhumsong. o The 20th November 1877.-Mr. W. H. Werner, c.s., who reported his return from furlough on the afternoon of the lst instant, is allowed subsidiary leave from that date to the forenoon of the 5th idem to enable him to rejoim his appoiutment at the 24-Pergunnahs The following Deputy Magistrates and Deputy Collectors, employed in the district of Backergunge, are vested with the powers of a Collector under Act X of 1870 for taking up lands for public purposes, viz.– Moulvi Tujummul Ali. | Baboo Auuud Chunder Sen. Baboo Okhoy Coomar Sen. Mr. J. R. Hallett, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade, is posted to Burdwan. Police.—The 14th November 1877. --Mr. R. F. Guise, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Chittagong Hill Tracts, is allowed furlough for one year, under Section 8, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code, together with subsidiary leave for a period not # thirty days, under Section 10 of the Supplement. § The 20th November 1877–Mr. J. Lambert, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Calcutta having reported his return from furlough on the 8th iustant, is allowed subsidiary leave # twenty days from that date, to enable him to rejoin his appointment. r [government Garette, 27th November 1877.]
