The 2nd March 1886 –It is hereby notified for general information that, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 86 of the Bengal Municipal Act III (B.C.) of 1884, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Commissioners of the Arrah Municipality, made at a meeting, the Lieutenant-Governor intonds to sanction the levy by the Commissioners, under section 131 of the Act, of a tax on carriages, horses, and other animals mentioned in the fifth schedulo of the Act, and of a fee on the registration of carts kept or habitually used within, or let on hire within or without the municipality and habitually used within it, at the rates not exceeding those specified in the said schedule and in section 143 of the Act, unless good reasons are shown to the contrary within one month from the date of publication of this notification within the municipality. Secy to the Govt. of Bengał. مساحتسامحمد" ”معصبہ ہرحصہ ہر .DJECT, ARATION حساب "" The 23rd February 1886.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the expense of the Durbhunga Municipality for a public purpose, viz., for the construction of two roads in mohullabs Belwagunge, Jewangunge, and Balbhaderpur, pergunnah Purabbhıgo, zillah Durbhunga, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose the undermentioned land, measuring, more or less, 2b le 12d 5c, local measurement, is required. The boundaries of the land are given below— The first pıece, measıırıng 1b. 11 c 15d. 15c , ın mouzahs Balbhaderpun, Belwagunge, and Jewangunge, is bounded on the north-west by a public pucca road, on the south-east by a kutcha public road, on the east and west by lands belonging to Bebi Waleyet and others.
- The second piece, measuring 9k. 16d 6ch in Balbhaderpur, is bounded on the west by Backergunge and a pucca public load; on the east by the kutcha road at Balbhaderpur ; and on the north and south by lands belonging to Bebi Waleyet and others.
