( ९8९ ) [Pant II. ORDERS BY THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR OF BENGAL. No. 853A. General – The 22nd February 1886.-Mr. A C Tute, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Mozufferbore, is appointed to act as Magistrate and Collector of Jessore, during the absence, on furlough, of Mr. E. J. Barton, or until further orders. Mr. D. Norton, Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Kurseong, DarjeelIng, 1s transferred to the Sudder station of the district of Mozufferpore. Mr C J, O'Donnell, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Nuddea, is transferred to Kurseong, in the district of Darjeeling. Mr. H. G. Sharp, Magistrate and Collector, Maldah, o allowed furlough for seven months and fifteen days, under section 50, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 25th March 1886, or any subsequent date on which he may avail himself of it Mr J E B. Jeffery, Magistrate and Collector, Tipperah, now Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Monghyr, is appointed to act as Magistrate and Collector of Maldah, during the absence, on furlough, of Mr H G Sharp, or until further orders. Baboo Peary Mohan Bose, Sub-Deputy Collector, Johanabad, Gya, is allowed leave for three months, under section 72, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the date on which he may be relieved Baboo Denonath Chuckerbutty, Temporary Sub-Deputy Collector, on leave, is postcd to the Jehanabad sub-division of the Gya district, during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Peary Mohan Bosc, or untıl further orders. The 23rd February 1886 —Mr. G. G Dey, Osficiating District aud Scssions Judge, Pubna, is allowed leave for fiftcon days, under section 73, rule, 1, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with Cscot from the 28th instant. Mr. J Posford, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, 24-Pergunnahs, is appointed to act as District and Sessions Judge, Pubna, during the absence, on leave, of Mr G. G. Dey, or until further orders e The examination leave for three months granted to Mr A Borooah, Joint Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Tipperah, under the onder of the 22nd December 1885, is cancelled. Baboo Lolit Kumar Das, Special Deputy Collector, Dacca, is allowed leave for fifteen days, under section 72, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the date on which he availed himself of it Baboo Uma Kant Dass, Assistant Political Agent, Hll Tipperah, having passed an examination in the Kuki language in accordance with the rules laid down in Appendix V to the Departmental Examination Rules of the 21st March 1883, is authorised to draw the prescribed reward of Rs 1,000 ● Mr J. Posford, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, 24-Pergunnahs, is allowed furlough for nine months, under scction 50, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from any date after the 15th April next on which he may avail himself of it. Mr. P. G. Melitus, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Meherpore, Nuddea, is allowed special leavo for six months, under section 61, chapter V of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 1st April next. Mr. K. G. Gupta, Joint Magistrate and Deputy Collector and Munsif, is appointed to act, until further orders, in the first grade of Joint-Magistrates and Deputy Collectors, and is posted to the Sudder station of the district of Nuddea. Mr G W Place, Officiating Jount-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Furreedpore, is transferred to Louardugga, and is posted to the Sudder station of that district. Licutenant J. H.
