The Deputy Inspector under the Inspector's orders shall prepare educational budget estimates for the district, and shall submit them to the District Board on or beforg the 15th July in the year immediately preceding that for which they are framed. The budget estimates as approved by the Board shall be forwarded by the Board to the Magistrate on or before the 15th August, and the Magistrate shall forward them with his remarks through the Commissioner to the Director of Public Instruction in whose office they shall be due on or before the 1st of September. 曾 W 157.
