Plot No. 2. --Measuring, more or less, 17 bighas 10 cottahs and 2 chittacks of standard measurement, Bounded on the north by the land of Noblu Chundra Sen and Keramot Mondle Halsana , On the east by the line of Eastern Beugal State Railway. On the south by the land of Nobin Chundra Sen Oın the west by holdıng of Keramot Mondle, Arıf Mondle, Manıck Mondle, Bahadur Mondle, Johorall Mondle, Bhuban Ghose, Kafil Dhabak, Derash Tarafdar, Uyır Mondle, Kasımalı Tarafdar, and Kalı Churu ltoy. This declaration is made, under the provisions of section 6, Act X of 1870, to ull whou it may concern. Mo. 92.--Declaration —Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz., the Tangon bridge site for staking material for the Assam-Behar State Railway in the villages noted below, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 4 acres 1 rood and 25 poles of standard measurement, is required in the undermentioned villages This declaration is made, under the provisions of section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom at may concern Zlilah Pt gunnah Mouzuh or village Dinagepur 釁 動 BaJutpur 會 Rangunge und Racheapur. Mo. 98.-Declaration —Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, v14, for a rest-house at Tangon for use of the Assam- Behar State Railway in the village noted below, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, mole or less, 2 roods and 25 poles of standard measurement, is required in the undermentioned village. This declaration is made, under the provisions of section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom 1t may concern— Zilliah Pergunuanh Mouzah or village Dınagepur . BaJutpur Ramgunge. No 94 —Declaration.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense, for a public purpose, viz diversion of Dinage pur-Ranguage road at Tangon for the Assam-Behar State Railway, in the village noted below, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1 acre 8 roods and 9 poles of standard measurement, is required in the under mentioned village. This declaration is made, under the provisious of section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may coucern— Zilltuh Pergu innuli Mouzah or villuge Dinagepur @ @ 體 12aյաtpար Ramgunge No. 95 – Declaration —Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expeuse for a public purpose, viz, brick fields for the Assam-Behar State Railway in the villages noted below, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose picces of laud measuring, more or less, 56 acres 1 rood and 3 poles of standard ineasurement, are required within the undermentioned villages.
