said Chintamoney Ghosh should be considered to belong exclusively to him and all books already printed or to be printed hereafter at the cost and with the capital of Manilal Ganguly should belong exclusively to the said Manilal Ganguly stofu thig inù enture mitmezgeth as follows: 1. The said Chintamoney Ghosh and Manilal Ganguly will become and continue partners in the said business of a publisher and bookseller during their joint lives subject nevertheless to determination as hereinafter provided. 2. The business of the partnership shall be carried on at No. 22 Cornwallis Street aforesaid or at any other place the said parties may hereafter mutually agree upon. 3. Each partner shall on or before the 1st day of March 1910 pay the sum of Rupees 1000 into the Bengal Bank at Calcutta aforesaid and such sum together with all monies received on account of the partnership shall be paid therein from time to time and shall form and be deemed a floating capital of the said firm from which all payments made in the course and on account of the said business shall be drawn by Cheques by the said Manilal Ganguly.
