aforesaid shall in like manner be conclusive on both the said parties and their representatives to all intents and purposes whatsoever anà this submission shall upon the application of either party be made a rule of the High Court of Justice in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act (of 1899) and any Act amending the same and the costs thereof and of the said reference and of all matters incident thereto shall be borne and paid by the said parties in equal moieties.
