ইলেন এই রূপ ব্যবহার দেখিয়া তাঁহার সেনাপতিরদের অত্যাশ্চর্য্য বোধ হইল। মন্দিরে পঁহুছিলে ঐ প্রধান যাজক সেকন্দরশাহের নানা দেশ অধিকার করণবিষয়ক ধর্ম্মপুস্তকে যে সকল ভবিষ্যৎবাণী লিখিত ছিল তাহা তাঁহাকে দর্শাইলেন অতএব ইহা অপেক্ষা ঐ যুবরাজের উত্তেজনাবন্ধক আর কোন্ প্রস্তাবে হইতে পারিত।
