দের রাজকার্য্য চালায়নেতে পূর্ব্বে যেমন উপকার ছিল তেমনি পরে অপকার হইতে লাগিল। এবং সাধারণ লোক ও কুলীনেরা উভয়ই তাঁহারদের অন্যায়াচরণের ভারাক্রান্ত হইলেন। তাঁহারা এক বৎসরের নিমিত্ত মনোনীত হইয়াছিলেন বটে কিন্তু ঐ বৎসর সমাপ্ত হইলেই তাঁহারা আরো কোন ব্যবস্থা নিরূপণ করিতে বাকি আছে এই ছলে আপনারদের কর্ম্ম পুনরায় বজায় রাখিলেন। অতএব তাঁহারদের অন্যায়াচরণের শেষ হওনের কোন ভরসা থাকিল না। অনেক রাজসভ্যেরা সরকারী বিষয়ের চিন্তা একেবারে পরিত্যাগ করিয়া মফঃসলে গিয়া বাস করিলেন এবং ইতর লোকেরা ভগ্নোদ্যম হইয়া স্তব্ধ হইল। কিন্তু যখন রাজকীয় ব্যাপারের উদ্ধারের ভরসা রহিল না তখন আপিয়সের লাম্পট্যের দ্বারা ঐ দশ জন অধ্যক্ষের অন্যায়াচরণ একেবারে ভূমিগত হইল এবং রাজ্যের পূর্ব্বকার মন্ত্রিরদের পুনঃ পদপ্রাপ্তির সুযোগ হইল। বিশেষতঃ
