IX. If the objection be admitted, the award shall be of no effect and shall not be registered.
X. If the objection be rejected, or if no objection be made within the period stated, the award shall be duly registered.
XI. When any such award shall be registered in the District Court, any party concerned may, at any time, obtain a copy of the same, and may put it in as sufficient prima facie evidence that the remarriage, to which it refers, is not invalid.
XII. Any person infringing the provisions of this act shall, on conviction before a competent Court, be punished with imprisonment, with or without hard labor, for a period not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding five thousand Rupees, or both.
XIII. Any person or persons, who shall knowingly aid or abet any person in infringing the provisions of this act, shall, on conviction before a competent Court, be punished with imprisonment, with or without hard labor, for a period not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding two thousand Rupees, or both.
XIV. On the registration, under this act, of an award of a Local Committee or Punchayet, a fee shall be chargeable at such rate as the Local Government shall from time to time prescribe.
