I am leaving London suddenly. I hope to return by the time you reach London. In my absence, you may fully take into confidence Mr. Azizul IIuq Bhuia, Convener of the Steering Committee and Mr. Mannan, a member of the Steering Committee. Both of them are most dedicated workers and I have left all instructions with them to carry on with the work.
