247 বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধ দলিলপত্রঃ তৃতীয় পত্র শিরোনাম –ಿ- তারিখ মুক্তাঞ্চলে বেসামরিক প্রশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠার ব্যাপারে আন্তঃবিভাগীয় সচিবদের নিয়ে বাংলাদেশ সরকার ২৪ নভেম্বর, ১৯৭১ একটি সাব-কমিটি গঠনের কেবিনেট ডিভিশন সিদ্ধান্তের বিজ্ঞপ্তি SECRET MOST IMMEDIATE The cabinet in its meeting held on November 22, 1971 have decided to form a Sub-Committee of the Secretaries to look into the various problems of establishing civil administration in liberated Bangladesh and to submit a comprehensive report to the Government on the subject. Mr. A. Fateh will act as the Chairman of the SubCommittee. For the time being, the following will act as members: 1. Secretary, Defense, 2. Secretary, Home. 3. Secretary, Finance. 4. Secretary, Cabinet. 5. Secretary, G. A. The C-in-C, the Planning Cell and other functionaries concerned with the problems will also be associated with the work of the Sub-Committee. It has been decided that the Sub-Committee will meet today at 4-00 p.m. For the convenience of the members it has been decided to meet at the Ministry of Defence.
