It is hoped that sanction for all expenses will soon be obtained. It may however be necessary, as in the past, to meet some of the emergency/immediate expenses from this office on a re-imbursible basis to tide over supply and other delay. Under the circumstances you are requested to get the accounts of your past advance from., as well as your future requisitions to, this office recommended / approved by the host authority concerned, before submission to this office. This issues with the concurrence of the Deputy Director, Youth Relief Camps, (Abu Yousuf) Director, Training.
