As per our previous discussion 1 sent recruiting team with authority signed by to recruit of the trainees from youth Camps but they were disobliged by the camp administrators concerned. Later I myself went to Charilam Camp for recruiting trainees but experienced the same deadlock for reasons best known to the Camp Administrator concerned. I was then compelled to start recruiting boys from reception camps direct, to fill up thana wise quota and accelerate the training.
