Council can judge for itself. However, if a crime is to be perpetrated by actions such as some of the proposals for resolutions today envisage, and India is to be made a partner of that crime, we shall resolutely and stoutly say no. No one can remove us from our path by mere resolutions and mere exhortations. The question of a ceasefire, as I have already mentioned, is one not between India and Pakistan, but between the Pakistan army and the Bangladesh people. Therefore, let us hear them before we go further into this debate.
