full regional autonomy for east Pakistan leaving the following subjects only to be the concern of the Centre:
(1) Finance,
(2) Foreign Affairs, and
(3) Defense

The question that this Assembly is of opinion that the Government of East Pakistan should represent to the Government of Pakistan for taking suitable steps for providing full provincial autonomy for East Pakistan leaving the following subjects to be the concern of the Centre:
(1) Currency,
(2) Foreign Affairs, and
(3) Defense
