Σ Ο 8 অর্থ আইন, ১৯৯০ (i) where the advertiser is the Government or any authority, corporation or body, including its units, the activities or the principal activities of which are authorised by any Act, Ordinance, order or instrument having force of law in Bangladesh or any company, other than a private limited company, as defined in the Companies Act, 1913 (VII of 1913) or any banking company, or any insurance company or any cooperative bank established by or under any law for the time being in force, by the advertiser; and (ii) where the advertiser is a person other than the one mentioned in sub-clause (i) by the authority or management of the concerned newspaper.” So N Act XV of 1963 & I Wealth Tax Act, 1963 (XV of 1963) #ein 14 এর এর সংে sub-section (1) A æfurnish" *fTfBT পরিবর্তে æfurnish Or CauSe to be furnished” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে। o Act IV of 1969 a I Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) ARTএর সংশোধন _` (S) section 25 to sub-section (7) to cost croso full stop এর পরিবর্তে colon প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং তৎপর নিম্নরূপ proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ- ১ o aeProvided that any imported or exported goods the declared value of which is higher than its tariff value fixed under this sub-section shall be chargeable with customs-duties ད།།་་ on the basis of its declared value.”; ^ (২) FIRST SCHEDULE নিম্নরূপে সংশোধিত হইবে, যথা:o - কাম 1 (El Heading No.S (ক) 08.01 এর বিপরীতে কলাম 2 এর H.S. Code সমূহ এবং উহাদের so বিপরীতে কলাম 3 ও 4 এর এন্ট্রিসমূহের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ H.S. Code Q সমূহ এবং এন্ট্রিসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- § ae()801.10 – Coconuts ... 100% - & 0801.20 — Brazil nuts ... 100% § 0801.30 – Cashew nuts ... 100%"; - O (খ) 08.02 এর বিপরীতে কলাম 2 এর H.S. Code সমূহ এবং উহাদের বিপরীতে কলাম 3 ও 4 এর এন্ট্রিসমূহের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ H.S. Code সমূহ এবং এন্ট্রিসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:
