বাংলাদেশ গেজেট, অতিরিক্ত, জানায়ারী ২, ১৯৯৪ bh Article 28 Entry into Force 1. This Agreement shall be ratified and the instruments of ratification shall be exchanged at Dhaka as soon as possible. 2. This Agreement shall enter into force one month after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification and shall have cffect in respect of income derived during any fiscal year beginning on or after January 1, 1990. Article 29 Termination This Agreement shall continue in effect indefinitely but either of the Contracting States may, on or before the Thirtieth day of June in any calendar year following the fifth calendar year in which it enters into force, give to the other Contracting State, through diplomatic channels, written notice of termination and, in such event, this Agreement shall cease to be effective in respect of income derived during any fiscal year following that in which the notice of termination is given. Done at Bonn this 29th day of May, 1990, in two originals, each in the Bangla, German and English languages, all texts being authentic.
