We o মহারাজা মণীন্দ্রচন্দ্র জাতির দুঃখ অবিচলিত চিত্তে দেখেন । র্তাহারা আর যাই হউন জাতির হিতাকাজক্ষী নহেন । মহারাজা বাহাতুরের দান প্রসঙ্গে মহাত্মা গান্ধী বলিয়াছেন ঃ– “I have known his great charities since 1915 when I had the honour of coming in contact with the Maharaja Bahadur ; but I never realised, till I came here, what was the quantity of these charities. I understand from reliable sources that they amount to more than one crore of rupees--- I do not recollect a single Parsee name that has exceeded the charities of Kasim bazar. মহারাজের দানকার্য্যের আলোচনা করিতে হইলে মহাত্মার সঙ্গে মুর মিলাইয়া বলিতে হয় যে বাস্তবিকই মহারাজা মণীন্দ্রচন্দ্রের দান জগতে অতুলনীয়। 啤
