दीद्धांछनां-कांत) । @gቑ ዓ copy to be forwarded to you. You must oblige me by letting me know what you think of it, at your earliest convenience, for I prefer your opinion to that cf many others on the subject of poetry. You have a higher appreciation of the art than is at all common in this land of the sun. I look upon him in many respects as the first man among us. You will be pleased to hear that his views regarding the new Poetry are very flattering, tho' he cannot manage to read the verse, yet, with eloquence. His admiration is honest, for he is above flattering any f ܬܪ I don't think I shall be able to go to England quite so soon as I had expected. I do not like to leave the country before extinguishing the flames of litigation with my relatives and they, I am sorry to say, are either the greatest rogues or fools under the sun Though well-nigh ruined, they are yet backward to listen to terms.
