They are like the rifleball-if they hit, they kill, if not, there is no record of the shot." £ets তাৎপৰ্য্যাৰ্থ এই যে, নিম্ন শক্তি ইহার স্থূলত্ব হেতু যথার্থ সদৃশ হইতে পারে না ; কিন্তু সদৃশ না। হইলেও বহু প্রয়োগে উহার স্কুল ক্রিয়া (physiological action) রোগীশরীরে প্রকাশ করিয়া থাকে। এ ক্রিয়া সদৃশ নহে বলিয়া ঔষধজ অসদৃশ লক্ষণ দ্বারা রোগলক্ষণনিচয় কতক পরিমাণে লুপ্ত ও পরিবৰ্ত্তিত হইয়া যায়। এইরূপ পরিবর্তনে রোগী। অবশেষে কথঞ্চিৎ সুস্থ বোধ করে বটে, কিন্তু উহা যথার্থ আরোগ্য নহে, রোগের বাহিক আকারের পরিবর্তন মাত্র। নিম্নশক্তিব্যবহারকারীরা এইরূপে জ্ঞানের সামান্য মূলধন লইয়া বিস্তৃত ব্যবসা চালাইতে পারেন। উচ্চশক্তি যিনি ব্যবহার করেন, তাহার এ সুবিধা ঘটিবে না। উচ্চশক্তির স্কুল ক্রিয়া (IPhysiological action) নাই। যথার্থ সদৃশ না হইলে উহার ক্রিয়াই হইবে না। উহা ঠিক রাইফলবন্দুকের গুলির মত, লক্ষ্য অব্যৰ্থ হইলেই ব্যাধিকে ধ্বংস করিবে, অন্যথায় রোগীশরীরে উহার কোন চিত্বও পাওয়া যাইবে না । ইহা দ্বারা উচ্চশক্তি ব্যবহার যে হােমিওপ্যাথের সর্বথা অবলম্বনীয় ইহাই প্ৰতিপন্ন হইতেছে। বস্তুত: ঔষধের প্রবুদ্ধ শক্তির প্রয়োগ ‘সদৃশং সদৃশ শময়তি' এই প্ৰাকৃতিক নিয়মেরই মজীভূত। রসায়নে যেমন রাসায়নিক মিশ্রণপ্রবণতাগুণে দুটি রাসায়নিক পদার্থ উহাদের পরস্পরের একটি নির্দিষ্ট পারিমাণিক VNotCTS (definite proportion) fitfayTV K, LR অনুপাত ব্যতিরেকে মিলিত হইতে পারে না, তদ্রুপ ঔষধ কেবল সদৃশ হইলেই সদৃশ রোগ
