Only last year he consented to examine an elaborate thesis presented for the degree of IDoctor of Law, and during a few weeks before his death he prepared a paper for the cxamination for the degree of Master of Law. He was a constant attendant at our moetings, but it would be a mistakc to suppose that he graced this assembly by incre physical prosence.
