" lbid Ilbid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid Ibid ( 8 >२ ) wo V If the documents called for be filed within the time allowed by the preceding rule, the Deputy Register will retain the case in his own office, until there ipt of the returns from the Zillah Court to the instructions forwarded under Rule HI VI In the event of the reasons of appeal and copy of the decree not being filed within the time prescribed, the Deputy Register, on the expiration of the time allowed, will lay the case before one of the Judges selected by the "Cωψt as the Referee in all cases from the Deputy Register VII. In cases in which thę petition of appeal has been filed in the Zillah Court, the period of six weeks for filing the reasons of appeal and copy of the decree, shall be calculated from the date of the receipt of the petition in the office of this Court VIII In the event of the appellant applying for further time to file his rea sons of appeal under the provisions of Section i, Act XXIX. of 1841. the Deputy Register will immediately lay the application, together with the petition of appeal, before the Judge selected as above stated IX. When the case on the part of the appellant has bacu completed, and the necessary returns and record received from the Zillah Court, the Deputy Register will allow 15 duys to the respondent to file his answel X. On the filing of the answer, or otherwise on the expiration of the time al lowed for filing it, the Deputy Register will place the case on the list of eases ready for distribution Should the answer be presented after the date fixed, but before the distribution of the case to any of the Judges, it shall be received by the Deputy Register, and filed with the record of the case. XI Applications for the adiuission of appeals, preferred after the expiration of the period allowed for appealing, shall be laid before the Judge selected as Referee XII It will be the duty of the Deputy Register to note any irregularities committed by the lower Courts in the preparation and endorsement of the copics of the decrees of their Courts, and submit his report of such irregularities, to the Judge selected as Referee XIII In the event of the demise of a party to an appeal, the Deputy Regis ter will take the necessary steps for causing the uttendance of his or her representatives. Should this enquiry involve a question as to who are the represintatives of the deceased, the Deputy Register will lay the case before the Judge selected as Referee XIV In the event of the legal representative of a deceased party being a minor or lunatic, the Deputy Register will lay the case before the Judge as above, in order that the necessary measures may be taken for having a Guardian appointed XV Should the representatives of a party appellant fall to attend within the time allowed for their appearance, or such representatives, or guardian appointed in the manner referred to in the preceding rule, neglect to proceed with the appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of admission to appear as representatives, or of appointment as Guardian, as the case may be, the Deputy Register shall lay the case before the Judge selected as Referee, to be dealt with according to the provisions of Act XXIX of 1841 XVI Information of the death, suspension, resignation, or removal of a ple ider of the Court, is to be given by the Deputy Register in the manner prescribed by Clause 3, Section 18, Regulation XXVII, 1814 XVII Should an appellant neglect to proceed with his case by the appoint ment of another Vakeel, or by falaro to attend in person within the period allowed by Clause 3, Section #8, Regulation XXVII 1814, the Deputy Register shall lay the case before the Judge selected as Referee, to be deal: with accord ing to the provisions of Act XXIX of 1841. KVIII. In the event of any delay on the part of the Zillah Courts in the executian of the requisitions made to them by the Deputy Register, that officer shall bring the same to the notice of the Court to which the requisition has been made. Any continued delay after such second requisition he will report to the Judge selected as Referee.
